Since 1944, the Northern California Chapter of NECA has represented union electrical contractors through advocacy, education, research, and strategic partnerships — delivering services at both the local and national level.
We negotiate and administer agreements with IBEW locals across the region, so member contractors get fair, predictable terms without sitting at the table themselves.
